It can
dispense two different flavors with the option to twin twist and have customers
enjoy both at once! This floor unit is equipped with (2) 3.5 liter freezing
cylinders and (2) 15 liter mix hoppers, and can produce up to 900 servings per
hour.
This model also includes innovative air
pump, which lets you adjust the overrun between 35-80% to achieve the exact
consistency you need. In addition to creating a lighter product, the air pump
allows you to use less ice cream mix while serving each cone or cup, and it is
designed to minimize the number of parts and make operation easy.
